These terms govern your use of the Pocket Escape app and website. By using Pocket Escape, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Licence
Pocket Escape is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement (the Apple Standard EULA), together with the additional terms below. If there is any conflict, these additional terms apply to the extent permitted.
Acceptable use
Pocket Escape is for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please do not copy, redistribute, resell, or extract the app's audio or artwork, and do not try to break, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the app.
Subscriptions and billing
- Pocket Escape offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Three destinations are free.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Your Apple account is charged at confirmation and again at each renewal.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple through your App Store account. Refund requests go through Apple.
Our content
The scenes, audio, artwork, and the Pocket Escape name and brand belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Your licence to use them is personal and limited.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Pocket Escape is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Your local consumer-protection rights continue to apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above.
